Sheriff McMahon has set up NHC’s seventh Citizens Academy. The next Citizens Academy will run from September 18, 2012 through November 20, 2012. The deadline for submission is September 14, 2012. This will be class number seven for the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff is encouraging anyone who is interested in the Sheriff’s Citizens Academy and wants to become more involved in their community to visit the website or call the Sheriff’s Office, 910-798-4161.
